The Vetdost partner programme

Introduce a practice. Earn 20% of its first year.

When a practice you introduce joins Vetdost, we pay you 20 per cent of everything it pays us in its first twelve months, setup fee included. Paid monthly by bank transfer, with every payment shown in your account.

20%

of what the practice pays us

The setup fee and the plan, monthly or annual. Anything else they pay us in that year counts too.

12months

from their first payment

Counted from the day the practice first pays us, not from the day you introduced them.

£1,027.80

from one practice

A three-vet practice on Professional pays £495 setup and £387 a month. Twenty per cent of its first year is £1,027.80.

How it works

You introduce. We do the rest.

Who it is for

The people practices already trust

Veterinary consultants

You advise practices on how they run. When the software is the problem, you know who to send them to.

Practice managers

You know other managers stuck with a diary on paper or a system they hate. Point them our way.

Vets, nurses and locums

You work across practices and see what they use. Introduce the ones that would be better off with us.

The rules, plainly

Fair to you, fair to practices

Six things matter. The partner terms set them out in full, and you agree to them when you apply.

  • Say you are a partnerAlways tell a practice we pay you for introductions
  • Your own workplaceIts owner must know and agree before you introduce it
  • The first introduction countsIf the practice starts paying within six months
  • Practices already talking to usDo not count, and you are told the moment you register one
  • Our name is oursNo ads on it, no emails written as us, no discounts we do not offer
  • If you stop being a partnerYou are still paid for practices you introduced, for their full first year

Partner questions

When am I paid?

Commission on a payment becomes yours 30 days after the practice's payment clears, so a refund in that time is handled cleanly. We pay everything that has become yours by the 15th of the following month, by bank transfer to a UK account.

How do I know the numbers are right?

Your account lists every payment a practice you introduced has made to us, the date it cleared, the amount, and your 20 per cent beside it. You can check every line yourself.

Do I need to sell anything?

No. Make the introduction and tell the practice you are a partner. We run the demo, answer their questions, move their records and train their team.

What if the practice leaves after three months?

You keep the commission on everything they paid us. If we refund a payment, the commission on that payment comes off.

Is there a limit on how many practices I can introduce?

No. Each practice that joins through you earns you 20 per cent of its own first year.

What about tax?

Commission is income for you, and you are responsible for your own tax. Your account keeps a full record of every payment for your returns.

Can a practice introduce itself?

No. The programme is for people introducing a practice they do not own.

How do you take my bank details?

On a call before your first payment, confirmed back to you in writing. We never ask for bank details by email or in a form.
